Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) are critical for numerous reasons, and most organizations today invest in becoming more diverse and inclusive. However, progress is often all too slow. It truly is hard to move the needle.
It is easy to try to cut corners when starting D&I work. But it is crucial to acknowledge that there are no quick solutions or silver bullets. Diversity and Inclusion is about creating cultural change, and requires working on many levels of the organization: developing practices, challenging existing structures and norms, and inspiring individuals to act in more inclusive ways. Diversity and Inclusion work is long term work that requires time and resources as well as good collaboration.
In this session you will get answers to these questions and you will have the opportunity to meet and exchange thoughts and ideas with other professionals interested in D&I.
