Many Swedish companies have a long track record in advancing diversity & inclusion management. Through this FIBS’ study trip, you get to gain insight on the current trends and practicalities that are shaping the field in Sweden, network with some of the key influencers in the sphere, create connections, and gain insight on other companies’ D&I-work.
The trip will be organized in cooperation with Diversity Charter Sweden.
Program
The trip starts in the morning by traveling to Stockholm. You are welcome to join us on the flight or make your own travel arrangements.
9.00-11.00 Seminar: Inclusive recruitment
How do we secure diversity in the recruitment process in order to find the best Talents? Could AI help us?
Gabriella Fägerlind, Founder of Implement Diversity and works as a Diversity Consultant since 20 years, will present a model for inclusive recruitment
Open discussion of the topic with Björn Elowson, JobAgent, and Anna Liljegren Rassing, Philip Morris
11.00 Lunch
13.00 After lunch, we will hear concrete company presentations from Swedbank, Spoon Agency, and Wise Professionals in a more private setting and get to exchange thoughts and lessons learned.
17.30 We head back to Helsinki from Bromma airport
