This FIBS Practice session, organized in partnership with Enact Sustainable Strategies, focused on the Article 18 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation and its third pillar of minimum safeguards.
We learned about ensuring compliance with these minimum safeguards, particularly around human and labour rights. We also looked at how reporting on compliance could look like also vis-a-vis the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
The session was opened by FIBS’s CR Expert Heidi Melkas and facilitated by Hanna-Riitta Kurittu, Enact Sustainable Strategies. Speakers included Josefin Unger Belin and Sandra Atler from Enact Sustainable Strategies, and Ulrika Lagerqvist von Unge from Tietoevry.
